1. FCC COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
FCC Part 15 Declaration
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference, and
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna, increasing separation between the equipment and receiver, or consulting a dealer or experienced technician.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by AlphaCrew Studio LLC could void the user's authority to operate this equipment under FCC rules.
2. CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING
⚠ WARNING (California Residents)
This product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
Electronic components including display screens, circuit boards, and power adapters commonly contain trace amounts of chemicals listed under California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65). This warning is required for any product sold or shipped to California residents.
3. SAFE USE GUIDELINES
Please follow these guidelines to ensure safe use of your Watch N Wow product:
- Indoor use only. Do not use outdoors, in wet environments, near pools, or in bathrooms.
- Avoid heat and sunlight. Do not place in direct sunlight, near heating vents, radiators, or other heat sources. Operating temperature: 50°F – 95°F (10°C – 35°C).
- Keep away from liquids. This product is not waterproof or water-resistant. Liquid contact may cause electrical hazards and will void the warranty.
- Do not open or modify. Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the product. Doing so creates electrical hazards and voids the warranty.
- Power cable care. Keep the power cable free from damage. Do not crush, kink, pinch, or place heavy objects on the cable. Inspect periodically for fraying or damage. Stop use immediately if the cable is damaged.
- Unplug when not in use. Unplug the device when leaving home for extended periods.
- Ventilation. Do not block ventilation openings or enclose the product in a cabinet without adequate airflow.
- Children and pets. This product contains cables that may present a strangulation hazard. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age and supervise young children. Not a toy.
- If the product emits smoke, unusual odors, excessive heat, or sparks: unplug immediately and do not attempt to use it again. Contact us at contact@watchnwow.com.
- Cleaning. Disconnect power before cleaning. Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use liquid cleaners or sprays on the screen or body.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
AlphaCrew Studio LLC provides a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects in the electronic components from the date of delivery.
What is covered:
- Screen or display failures not caused by physical damage or misuse
- Power supply failures not caused by misuse or liquid contact
- Playback or audio failures caused by a manufacturing error in the electronics
What is NOT covered:
- Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, cracks, scratches, liquid damage)
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Damage from use outside the specified operating conditions
- Normal wear and deterioration over time
- Custom content (video slideshow, AI song, engraving text) — these are creative deliverables, not hardware components, and are not covered by this warranty
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date
How to make a warranty claim:
Email contact@watchnwow.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video demonstrating the defect
We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY WATCHNWOW. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
5. ELECTRONIC WASTE DISPOSAL
This product contains electronic components and must not be disposed of in regular household trash. Improper disposal may be illegal in your jurisdiction and is harmful to the environment.
Please dispose of this product in accordance with local electronic waste (e-waste) regulations. To find an e-waste recycling location near you, visit EPA Electronics Recycling or contact your local municipality.
